Lama Lama
A site build for Lama Lama, the Amsterdam creative agency behind campaigns for brands like Sony and CUPRA. It had to hold up to the same bar the agency sets for its own clients.

Timeline
Design through launch

Lama Lama pitches brand and digital work to major clients every day, so their own site couldn't just describe that standard. It had to prove it, and the agency judging the work this time was also the client.
We leaned into the agency's own instinct: heavy motion, full-bleed imagery, and a structure that lets the case studies do the talking instead of a paragraph explaining who they are.
From first audit to shipped result.
Discovery
Sat with the team to understand how Lama Lama pitches itself to enterprise clients and what the old site was getting wrong.
Motion & Structure
Designed a scroll-driven, full-bleed layout that could showcase video and case-study work without slowing the site down.
Build
Built the site with performance budgets in mind, so the heavy visuals never cost the site load time.
Launch & Handoff
Shipped the site and handed off a structure the team can keep filling with new case studies.
Everything on the invoice, and nothing extra.
