CODXDigital (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital design and engineering studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect through codxdigital.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

- Contact and project details you submit through our contact form or Codie, our AI assistant: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company, country, budget range, timeline, and project description.
- Chat content when you talk to Codie, including the messages you send and the resulting conversation transcript.
- Access credentials if the full site is temporarily gated behind a login during pre-launch, in the form of a short-lived access cookie.
- Basic technical data collected automatically, such as browser and device type, pages visited, and approximate country-level location, used only for things like currency personalization and understanding how the Site is used, not for individual tracking or advertising.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare project proposals.
- To power the Codie chat experience and route qualified leads to our team.
- To personalize currency display based on your approximate location.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
4. Codie, Our AI Assistant
Codie is powered by a third-party AI provider. Messages you send are processed by that provider to generate a response, and may be briefly retained by them under their own policies. We do not use your conversations to train any AI model. If you submit the lead-capture form inside the chat, that information is handled the same way as a website contact form submission.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use a small number of strictly functional cookies, such as a temporary access cookie during pre-launch, and local browser storage to avoid replaying our intro animation more than once per visit. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to enquiries (such as our email, WhatsApp, AI, and lead-management providers), or when required by law.
7. Data Retention
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver a project, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@codxdigital.com.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
